The Alpha Challenge - Letter C

Hi everyone.

I have made my entry for The Craft Barn Alpha Challenge which this week is the letter C. I have chosen the word compass and have continued with my ATCs. I find ATCs hard as it is such a small space but I am going to keep trying!

The background has been inked and stamped. The stamps are all by Tim Holtz. The compass has been heat embossed.

I still haven't finished the book which I am going to put them all in when they are finished but hopefully it will be ready soon. Thanks for visiting my blog.

The Alpha Challenge - Letter V

Hi everyone.

The Craft Barn are holding an alpha challenge and all the details are here. I spent all week deciding what to do and therefore ending up leaving it right to the last minute! I decided to make ATCs. I am going to put them all in a book which I am making but it is not quite finished yet. I will post a picture when it is finished. The first letter was V and I chose the word vehicle. Here is my first ATC:

The background was inked with distress ink and some stamping. The car is a Tim Holtz stamp which has been embossed. I hope you like my ATC and any comments would be greatly appreciated.

 

Tim Holtz January Tag

Hi everyone. I have made a tag for Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2013. I didn't have all the materials so I have tried to make my tag by following the same techniques but with different materials.

The tag has been embossed and inked. The clock and butterflies are made from grunge paper and have been coloured with distress stain and perfect pearls mists. The ribbon has been stamped and inked with distress stain. Here is a close up of the ribbon.
