I have made my entry for The Alpha Challenge which this week is the letter W and with the twist that you need to use circles on your background. I chose the word watch and here is my entry

I seem to have missed the last challenge of the letter R so I will catch up and post with another letter soon.

Hi everyone. I have made a birthday card which I would like to enter into the Lili's Little Fairies challenge which is seeing double.

The image is by Lili of the Valley and has been coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I hope you like it.

I have been making a clock which I would like to enter into the Tim Holtz Tattered Floral Challenge

It is a canvas which I have painted and stamped before adding the flowers.

Hi everyone. I have made my ATC for The Craft Barn Alpha Challenge which this week was the letter M and also only between Ma and Me.

I chose the word machine and have kept the design very similar to previous ATCs.

I have made my entry for The Craft Barn Alpha Challenge which this week is the letter H. I have chosen hot air balloon and I have tried to keep a similar style to my other ATCs.

Tim Holtz February Tag

I have made my tag to enter into Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2013 for February.

I didn't have all of the items used so I have tried to follow the techniques instead.

The Alpha Challenge - Letter E

Hi everyone

I have made my ATC for The Craft Barn Alpha Challenge which this week is the letter E. I chose the word electric guitar.

I have used a similar format to my previous ATCs as they are going in a book all together and I wanted to have a theme all the way through.

My book is progressing and I have started to put the first ATCs into it.

 I have made little pages which as you can see I am going to have for example C is for on one side and then you turn over to see the ATC.

The Alpha Challenge - Letter C

Hi everyone.

I have made my entry for The Craft Barn Alpha Challenge which this week is the letter C. I have chosen the word compass and have continued with my ATCs. I find ATCs hard as it is such a small space but I am going to keep trying!

The background has been inked and stamped. The stamps are all by Tim Holtz. The compass has been heat embossed.

I still haven't finished the book which I am going to put them all in when they are finished but hopefully it will be ready soon. Thanks for visiting my blog.

The Alpha Challenge - Letter V

Hi everyone.

The Craft Barn are holding an alpha challenge and all the details are here. I spent all week deciding what to do and therefore ending up leaving it right to the last minute! I decided to make ATCs. I am going to put them all in a book which I am making but it is not quite finished yet. I will post a picture when it is finished. The first letter was V and I chose the word vehicle. Here is my first ATC:

The background was inked with distress ink and some stamping. The car is a Tim Holtz stamp which has been embossed. I hope you like my ATC and any comments would be greatly appreciated.

 

Tim Holtz January Tag

Hi everyone. I have made a tag for Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2013. I didn't have all the materials so I have tried to make my tag by following the same techniques but with different materials.

The tag has been embossed and inked. The clock and butterflies are made from grunge paper and have been coloured with distress stain and perfect pearls mists. The ribbon has been stamped and inked with distress stain. Here is a close up of the ribbon.
